More than allu Arvind no one knows how to market a product.
You can observe from jalsa movie. Really speaking movie is above average movie. To get back his investment he should create some sensation so he released audio first on net create a sensation. There also if you observe only good songs like Jalsa title song, my heart is beating song is released after that rest of the songs in audio is normal.
For Magadheera movie he made one more step, this time he leaked some of the good scenes like flash back horse race episode to create the sensation and audio is released but he got avg. response. Then he made lot of advertisement for the movie in maa tv. On the release day he made a huge advertisement in all the telugu news channels and some how he is succeeded in getting good talk (accept the fact movie is also nice). And every day at least one hour maa tv program is only about magadheera.
For aarya 2 also he released good songs like ringa ringa, tipu top dora kadelendo, after that he released normal songs.
He sold almost every MP and MLA ticket of Praja Rajyam party for crores although party lost in elections he almost make 700 crores
Now for PULI he already started same marketing technique with full strategy.
